Kelli A. Waggoner possesses strong insight into both the private and public sides of governmental affairs through many years of government experience. She started her career in the Indiana State Senate as an intern in 1983 and later worked for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Prior to joining forces with Bill Keown to form KWK Management Group in 1992, Kelli was an Administrative Assistant to Governor Robert D. Orr for Health and Human Services. Kelli focuses on direct lobbying for the firm – with an emphasis on the firm’s general government practice.
